We are unable to deliver to foreign, APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii, and Saturday deliveries require an additional $20.00 charge for shipping.

Please read and understand the following prior to ordering with us here at Van Lierop Bulb Farm.

1. We use a shipping service that will deliver your package to its final destination within two days or less with current, correct address information. Most destinations will receive the product within one day. Some remote areas will take two days. UPS may deliver up until 7 pm.
2. Because we ship exclusively with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
3. Because our product is classified as a "Fresh Perishable," the package will be left in the vicinity of a protected door/porch area if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery.

We are unable to guarantee replacement or credit for orders under the following circumstances:

1. Insufficient, incorrect or outdated delivery address information was provided in regards to the recipients name, address/apt. #, city, state, zip code or daytime phone number.
2. Packages not retrieved from the front door/porch area in a timely manner due to the recipient not being at home, out of town or on vacation. NOTE: You may want to tell your recipient to expect a delivery via UPS.
3. Packages stolen from the recipient's front foor/porch area after delivery has been documented by the UPS courier.
4. Packages sent to a destination with inclement weather conditions and/or extreme heat.
